But what is an “Expert” ?
An expert is a person with special skill, knowledge, experience and/or training and education that represents mastery in a particular field or subject. This “expertise” is utilized in various manners:

Our experts help explain the circumstances and suggest available alternatives.
- Evaluate the Case – Our experts are often called upon to assist in determining whether a matter should be pursued, what caused the situation, and what settlements can be expected and/or suggested.
- Case Development – Experts help build and present cases by assembling evidence and providing written expertise that can be used throughout the proceedings before actually going to trial.
- Provide Testimony – Expert witnesses provide testimony in pre-trial depositions and in court for the client.
